Mendoubia Gardens
Mendoubia Gardens, beside Tangier's Grand Socco, are a shaded public park built around ancient banyan and fig trees, some centuries old, alongside the former residence of the Mendoub, the Sultan's representative during the international-zone era. A peaceful, leafy escape from the bustle of the adjacent square.
