Jamai Palace
Jamai Palace, now a luxury hotel, was built in the 1880s for a powerful vizier family and retains its ornate courtyards, carved plasterwork, and terraced gardens overlooking the Fes medina. Its history includes a period as a prison for its own builders after they fell from royal favour, adding a darker layer to its otherwise opulent story.
