Grand Socco
Grand Socco (officially Place du 9 Avril 1947) is Tangier's main square, linking the old medina to the newer French-built town, centred on a fountain and surrounded by the Cinema Rif and the entrance to the Mendoubia Gardens. It remains one of the busiest gathering points in the city, especially in the evening.
