Grand Mosque of Meknes
The Grand Mosque of Meknes is one of the city's oldest and largest mosques, its origins dating to the Almoravid period though much of the current structure reflects later Marinid and Alaouite expansions. Located within the historic medina near the main souks, it remains a centrepiece of religious life in Meknes.
