Gran Teatro Cervantes
Gran Teatro Cervantes is a grand Spanish Art Nouveau theatre built in Tangier in the 1910s, once the largest theatre in North Africa and a symbol of the city's cosmopolitan cultural life during the Spanish protectorate era. Long closed and deteriorating, it remains an evocative, if fading, architectural landmark undergoing periodic restoration efforts.
