Dune Blanche
Dune Blanche (the White Dune) is a striking pale sand dune rising directly from the turquoise water of Dakhla Lagoon, its bright colour a sharp contrast to the surrounding desert. A popular stop for sandboarding, photography, and simply watching kitesurfers skim across the lagoon below, it's one of the most recognisable natural landmarks near Dakhla.
