Dayet Srji Lake
Dayet Srji is a seasonal lake near Merzouga at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes, appearing after rains and drawing flamingos and other migratory birds to an otherwise stark desert landscape. When full, its still water reflects the surrounding orange dunes, making for a striking and unusual desert scene near Merzouga.
