Chaim Pinto Synagogue is a historic synagogue in the Essaouira medina, named after a revered 19th-century rabbi and part of the network of Jewish heritage sites reflecting the city's once-substantial Jewish population. Essaouira was historically home to one of Morocco's most prosperous Jewish merchant communities, active in the port's international trade.
