Bou Regreg
Bou Regreg is the river separating Rabat from its twin city Sale, its estuary historically home to the Barbary pirate republic of the Sale Rovers in the 17th century. Today its banks host a modern marina and waterfront promenade, with boats ferrying passengers between the two cities beneath the walls of the Kasbah of the Udayas.
