Borj Nord

Borj Nord is a 16th-century Saadian fortress overlooking Fes from the northern hills, built to defend and monitor the city rather than attack it, now home to a small arms museum. Its ramparts offer one of the best panoramic views over the rooftops of Fes El Bali, rivalling the Marinid Tombs on the opposite hillside.
