Bensimon Synagogue
Bensimon Synagogue is a historic synagogue in El Jadida, reflecting the town's once-significant Jewish trading community that thrived alongside its Portuguese and later Moroccan administrations as an important Atlantic port. Jewish merchants played a notable role in El Jadida's trade networks for generations, and several such synagogues survive within the old Cite Portugaise and surrounding streets.
