Al Akhawayn University
Al Akhawayn University, founded in 1993 with funding from Morocco and Saudi Arabia, is one of the country's most prestigious English-language universities, set on a leafy campus modelled loosely on an American college. Its modern architecture and cedar-forest surroundings make it a distinctive part of the townscape of Ifrane, and its grounds are open for visitors to walk through.
