Agdal Gardens
Agdal Gardens are a vast historic orchard and olive grove south of the royal palace, built by the Almohads in the 12th century and fed by an ingenious system of underground channels (khettaras) still partly in use today. Larger and less visited than the Menara Gardens, they remain part of the royal estate and are only periodically open to the public.
